Telephone Banking

Our telephone helpdesk is open Monday – Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, is free to use and offers a range of services including:

  • Talk directly to an advisor
  • Available for all account holders
  • Get real time balances and advice
  • Make transfers and bill payments
  • Cancel Standing Orders/Direct Debits
  • Order Cheque Books or stop cheques
  • Get information on new products or accounts
  • Dedicated Card Services team for any VISA card queries

Telephone banking is available to any Weatherbys Bank customer during switchboard hours. Our helpdesk is staffed by a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced team who can either help with your enquiry or will transfer you to a ‘specialist’ within the team.
