Johnny Weatherby joined Weatherbys in 1979. He was seconded to the Jockey Club as a Director from 1990-1992, and returned to Weatherbys as Chairman of the Group and the Bank in 1993. He is Her Majesty’s Representative and Chairman of Ascot Racecourse, and a Member of the Jockey Club.
David Hart, Banking Manager, joined Weatherbys Bank in 2000 following a two year stint working in the General Stud Book Department of Weatherbys Group. Previously, he worked for Britannia Building Society. David is a long-standing racing enthusiast.
Caroline Marray, Assistant Manager, joined the Racing Division of Weatherbys Limited in 1996 after graduating from the University of Leicester. She moved to Weatherbys Bank in 2004, where her racing expertise has been put to good use. She is a keen follower of jump racing, aiming to never miss a Cheltenham meeting.
Roger Weatherby, M.Sc. FSI, joined Weatherbys as a non-executive Director in 1993. He joined the group board as an Executive Director in 1998 and became Chief Executive of Weatherbys Bank in 2000. Prior to joining Weatherbys, he worked for Cazenove & Co. He is Chairman of Racing Welfare and a Member of the Jockey Club.
Sarah Hawkes, Head of Customer Service, started her career in banking with TSB Bank and later with Lloyds TSB plc after their merger took place. She was on the management team of several branches, responsible for customer service delivery, before joining the team at Weatherbys Bank in 1999.
Alan Williams, Assistant Manager, joined Weatherbys Bank in 2010 having previously worked for RBS as a Customer Relationships Team Manager covering the Oxfordshire/Chiltern area. Alan brought with him a wealth of banking experience, having worked in the banking industry since leaving school.
